SERIOUSLY?

Possibly the dumbest thing I've EVER seen at The Pound...I didn't even go looking for something "weird" to take a pic of this day...Just saw this and was like, "really??!!" ...then it almost didn't cross my mind to snap a pic. I wonder if there is even 2 bucks worth of cans in the bags...??
